He went to see his chiropractor without even mentioning that he had swimmer’s ear. When his doctor realized he had an ear infection, Dr. Scott’s response was,“Yeah, so?”

His chiropractor wanted to help Dr. Scott with this infection and adjusted his neck and upper cervical area. Dr. Scott felt the water immediately drain right out of his ear. “My ear infection went away, right then and there.” That experience felt like a “miracle” moment to Dr. Scott, and he immediately knew he wanted to pursue a chiropractic career.

Growing up in Richfield, WI, Dr. Scott enjoyed science and thrived when learning about the nervous system.  He attended the University of Minnesota, interning with the medical staff of the Minnesota Gopher Football team.  There he was able to work with world-class athletes in their rehabilitation and prevention of injuries before graduating with a degree in kinesiology.

Dr. Scott then went to Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, Iowa. While attending school there, he was a teacher’s assistant in anatomy labs, radiology, diagnosis and physiotherapy.
